GR Infraprojects has announced the successful completion of a key highway project in Maharashtra through its wholly owned subsidiary, GR Govindpur Rajura Highway, marking an important milestone in its infrastructure portfolio.
The Independent Engineer issued the completion certificate on April 28, 2026, for the four-laning of a 56.18 km stretch of National Highway 353B executed by the company. The project was declared fit for commercial operations effective March 25, 2026.
Covering the stretch from Govindpur at the Maharashtra–Telangana border to Rajura, the project was developed under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) at a bid cost of ₹907 crore (excluding GST). It involves upgrading a key two-lane road into a four-lane corridor, enhancing connectivity and improving traffic efficiency along the route.
Under the HAM framework, the company will receive a combination of construction-linked payments and long-term annuity income over the concession period, providing stable and predictable cash flows.
