NBCC (India) Ltd has secured two project management consultancy (PMC) contracts worth a combined ₹108.85 crore, further strengthening its order book in the infrastructure and institutional development segments.

The first contract, valued at around ₹20.42 crore, has been awarded by the National Horticulture Board for the construction of a Clean Plant Centre laboratory and office building at ICAR-CITH, Srinagar, under the Clean Plant Program.

The second contract, worth approximately ₹88.43 crore, has been awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha, for the construction of boys' and girls' hostels at multiple locations across the state.

The company said the two contracts do not constitute related-party transactions.

Earlier this month, NBCC had also secured project orders worth ₹85.64 crore, including a ₹51.70 crore contract from National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) for the construction of academic blocks, CISF barracks and related infrastructure at Nalco Nagar Township under a deposit work-cum-EPC model.
