Ahluwalia Contracts Secures ₹1,307 Crore Orders for Gurugram Projects

Ahluwalia Contracts, a renowned real estate firm, announced it has secured orders worth ₹1,307 crore for major construction works at two housing project sites in Gurugram. The orders pertain to the finishing works on towers and basements, boosting the company’s portfolio in the residential real estate sector.

According to an exchange filing on Monday, the company revealed that both contracts will span a period of two years. The first, termed the "Project De-luxe," is valued at ₹1,144 crore, while the second contract, referred to as the "Iconic Tower" project, is worth ₹163 crore. These projects will likely involve high-end residential constructions in Gurugram, a rapidly growing real estate hub near Delhi.

These orders mark a significant boost for Ahluwalia Contracts, underscoring its strong presence in North India's construction landscape. The company has consistently bagged large-scale contracts, and this latest win further strengthens its project pipeline, particularly in the residential sector.
