Arisinfra Secures ₹100 Crore in North Bengaluru Contracts

Arisinfra Solutions, India’s first listed tech-enabled construction supply and services network, has secured ₹100 crore in new integrated contracts from Arsh Greens and Eternity Group. The deals span plotted developments, villas, and apartment projects, significantly enhancing the company’s footprint in North Bengaluru.

These additions take Arisinfra’s active portfolio to 2.45 million sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,400 crore. The contracts comprise approximately ₹50 crore in execution services and ₹50 crore in material supply, all scheduled for completion within 24–30 months.

The Arsh Greens project will begin immediately, while the other two are set to launch within 90 days, enabling faster revenue realization. Arisinfra’s high-margin services arm—historically delivering gross margins above 50%—is expected to drive profitability.

With these wins, Arisinfra’s integrated order book now stands at nearly ₹850 crore, of which ₹750 crore has been secured since its stock market debut.
