Gurugram Gets First Westin Residences in ₹5,600 Crore Project

Whiteland Corporation has partnered with Marriott International to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram, a landmark project along the Dwarka Expressway. This venture involves a total investment of Rs 5,600 crore, with Rs 5,000 crore dedicated to construction and Rs 600 crore for land acquisition. The expected topline revenue from this project is estimated at Rs 15,000 crore.

Positioned in Sector 103, the Westin Residences Gurugram will be the largest branded residences under the Westin brand in India, offering exclusive residential living without an on-site hotel. The first phase, featuring 674 luxurious residences, is set to launch in the second quarter of the financial year. These homes will range from 235 to 386 square meters, designed to provide a wellness-centric lifestyle with high-end amenities amidst 20 acres of landscaped grounds.

Residents will enjoy an urban resort atmosphere with access to three and four-bedroom homes, offering luxury and space. The residences will be elevated on stilts to maximize green spaces, embodying biophilic design principles curated by renowned designers such as Hafeez Contractor and BM&A, with landscaping by Coopers Hill. This thoughtful design aims to enhance the living experience by integrating nature seamlessly into the living spaces.

Strategically located, the property is a short drive from Gurugram’s Central Business District and major residential areas of South and West Delhi. Proximity to the international airport, the India International Convention Centre (Yashobhoomi), and the Diplomatic Enclave makes it a prime location for expatriates and diplomats. The Westin Residences promises a hotel-inspired lifestyle, complete with personalized services and global concierge offerings, catering to the discerning tastes of high-end buyers.

This project is not a tender but a collaborative venture between Whiteland Corporation and Marriott International, aiming to redefine luxury living in India.
