HSCL Secures Major Contracts Worth Rs 443.61 Crore

Hindustan Steelworks Construction (HSCL) has been awarded significant work orders totaling approximately Rs 443.61 crore. These contracts, issued by the Medical Education & Ayush Department of the Maharashtra government, highlight HSCL’s growing portfolio in the healthcare infrastructure sector.

The primary project, valued at Rs 403.89 crore, involves the construction of a new government medical college in Parbhani. This facility will accommodate 100 students and include a 430-bed hospital, aiming to enhance medical education and healthcare services in the region.

In addition, HSCL will undertake the construction of residential facilities for doctors and interns at Shri Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sarvopchar Rugnalaya in Solapur. This project is valued at Rs 39.72 crore and will provide essential housing to support medical professionals.

As a subsidiary of NBCC, HSCL’s involvement in these projects underscores its commitment to advancing India’s medical infrastructure. These developments are set to contribute significantly to the healthcare landscape in Maharashtra.

With these new contracts, HSCL continues to demonstrate its expertise in executing large-scale construction projects, reinforcing its position as a key player in the industry.
