Innovators Façade Systems Seals ₹61.11 Crore Central Vista Deal

Innovators Façade Systems has secured a ₹61.11 crore contract from Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for executing façade works for the upcoming Common Central Secretariat (CCS) buildings 6 and 7 in New Delhi. Located on Maulana Azad Road, these buildings are part of the Government of India’s ambitious Central Vista redevelopment project.

The scope of work includes the design, fabrication, supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced façade systems. The project is scheduled for completion by October 2026.

Earlier this year, L&T was awarded the main construction contract by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for CCS buildings 6 and 7, which will include a basement, two podium levels, an upper ground floor, and six additional floors.

This contract win reinforces Innovators Façade Systems’ position as a key player in delivering complex, large-scale façade solutions for landmark infrastructure projects across India.
