The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has invited expressions of interest (EoI) for the upgradation of the existing 35 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) at Vasna to a capacity of 50 MLD.
The project, estimated to cost ₹83.44 crore, will be implemented under the Augment, Build, Operate, and Transfer (ABOT) model. The scope of work includes installing an Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) to monitor treated sewage parameters, along with a black box/Data Acquisition System (DAS) for remote data transmission to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) servers.
In addition, the data will be integrated with the plant’s SCADA system in accordance with GPCB and CPCB regulations. The selection of instrumentation, operational methodology, and data connectivity must comply with the latest guidelines issued by the CPCB and the relevant pollution control authorities.
The last date for submission of EoIs is March 24, 2026.
