NBCC awarded two key projects for PMC

NBCC (India) has successfully secured two noteworthy project management consultancy (PMC) work orders with a combined value of Rs 180 crore. The company's initial contract has been secured from the Steel Authority of India (SAIL).

To formalize this partnership, NBCC has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SAIL Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP), specifically for infrastructure development projects within the DSP township and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The MoU was officially executed by key representatives of NBCC and SAIL Durgapur, alongside other high-ranking officers from both entities.

Functioning as the PMC for this endeavor, NBCC will oversee a diverse range of construction and renovation activities in DSP, with the anticipated cost of the contract standing at Rs 150 crore.

In addition to this, NBCC has secured a second contract valued at Rs 29.70 crore. This contract pertains to the construction of a permanent building for the Composite Regional Centre (CRC) located in Samba, Jammu. The contract has been awarded by the esteemed Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan) (PDUNIPPD).
