Building Brighter Futures: MSIDC’s ₹156Cr Hostel Tender

The Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) has issued a tender for the construction of boys’ and girls’ hostel buildings for students enrolled in government residential schools across multiple districts in the state.

The project spans Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gondia, New Gondia, and Gadchiroli, and is aimed at providing residential facilities for students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities under the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department of the Maharashtra government. The scope of work includes civil construction along with complete electrical installations, with the total project cost estimated at ₹156.1 crore.

Bids for the project must be submitted by 23 January 2026.
