Omaxe Group Unveils ₹2,500-Cr Sports & Cultural Hub in Delhi

Omaxe Group has announced a ₹2,500 crore investment for its latest project, "The Omaxe State," in Dwarka Sector 19-B, New Delhi. Spanning over 50.4 acres, the development aims to be a premier multi-sports and cultural destination, offering top-tier amenities.

In partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under a public-private partnership (PPP), the project will include international-standard sports facilities, retail, hospitality, and cultural spaces. Key features are a football and cricket stadium with a seating capacity of 30,000 and a multi-sports indoor stadium accommodating 2,000 spectators.

The Omaxe State aims to blend sports with lifestyle, providing various entertainment and cultural venues. Retail outlets and food spaces will complement the stadiums, making it a year-round destination for residents and visitors alike.

The project is set for completion by 2027 and is expected to generate over ₹4,200 crore in revenue throughout its lifecycle. This massive initiative further strengthens Omaxe Group’s footprint in Delhi's real estate and sports infrastructure sectors.

Once completed, The Omaxe State is poised to become a landmark destination, contributing to the region's economy and promoting a vibrant sports culture in Delhi.
