IRA Reality Tech Private Limited is thinking of creating a new residential apartment project in the city of Kollur, which is located in the district of Sangareddy in the Indian state of Telangana.
The goal of the project is to provide residential infrastructure of a world-class standard in order to entice and keep purchasers of homes from all walks of life.
The capacity of the project is 594 units.
Total Cost of the Project: 270 Crores.
As on November 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
