Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation has floated a tender for the construction of 1,484 dwelling units (G+3) at Alarwad and Wadagavi villages in Belagavi taluk, Karnataka, under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) – Housing for All (HFA) urban scheme.
The project requires the use of monolithic shear wall construction with cast-in-situ, single-pour technology and single-stage aluminum shuttering. Valued at ₹131.64 crore, the contract covers the development of durable housing units along with essential amenities. This initiative aims to meet the affordable housing demand for eligible beneficiaries under the PMAY(U) programme.
The deadline for bid submission is 31 December 2025.
