Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) invites bids for the construction of 1,056 (EWS) tenements in Nakshatrawadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district of Maharashtra, as part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
The comprehensive scope of work encompasses surveying, soil investigation, planning, design, construction, and securing all necessary permissions, culminating in the acquisition of the completion certificate from the competent authority.
This project will be executed on a lump sum turnkey basis, with an estimated expenditure of Rs 82.91 crore. The stipulated completion period for this undertaking is 24 months.
Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the specified deadline of 29 December 2023.
