This ambitious project, valued at ₹377.65 crore, also includes the development of a 430-bed hospital and allied buildings. The project is structured under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract, with a completion timeline of 27 months from the appointed date. The selected contractor will be responsible for executing all aspects of the construction, ensuring that the facilities are equipped to meet modern healthcare and educational standards.

The inclusion of a 430-bed hospital alongside the medical college highlights the comprehensive nature of this development.
