BHIVE Workspace Targets Three Million Sq. Ft. Expansion by FY26

BHIVE Workspace, a leading managed office and coworking space provider, has announced an ambitious plan to nearly double its footprint by adding three million sq. ft. of operational assets by the end of FY26. The Bengaluru-based company is collaborating with International Property Consultants (IPCs) such as Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, and Knight Frank to drive this expansion.

These strategic partnerships are expected to enhance BHIVE’s operational efficiency, positioning it as a dominant player in the managed office space sector. The company recently expanded its operations to Mumbai and is on track to achieve revenues exceeding ₹350 crore for FY25. BHIVE has already secured its spot as the third-largest flexible lease provider in Bengaluru by seat count.

Currently, BHIVE operates 28,000 desks and plans to add 60,000 more, aiming for a total of 4.8 million sq. ft. by FY26. The firm has added 1.5 million sq. ft. to its portfolio over the past two years, reflecting its aggressive growth strategy to meet the rising demand for flexible workspaces.

This expansion underscores BHIVE’s commitment to catering to the evolving needs of businesses seeking dynamic and adaptable work environments, solidifying its position in the rapidly growing coworking sector.
