Krisumi Group to build 1,051 luxury homes in Gurugram

Krisumi Corporation, a prominent player in the real estate sector, has unveiled plans to invest Rs 2,000 crore in the development of Phase-III and Phase-IV of Krisumi City in Gurugram's Sector 36A. Spanning across 5.88 acres, the upcoming 'Waterside Residences' and 'Waterfall Suites II' will encompass four towers offering a range of luxurious living options, from one-BHK to expansive penthouses up to 10,316 sq. ft. The project, boasting a total developable area of 2.3 million sq. ft., aims to redefine luxury living in the heart of Haryana.

Construction, which commenced recently following RERA approvals, is slated for completion by December 2029. Central to the development is the Cascades Club, spread over two acres with an impressive built-up area of approximately 1,60,000 sq. ft., representing a Rs 350 crore investment by Krisumi. This landmark club will feature innovative amenities such as NCR's first indoor air-conditioned sports facilities, catering to the growing demand for upscale recreational offerings.

Anticipating a strong market response, Krisumi Corporation expects total revenue realisation to reach Rs 4,000 crore, fueled by a strategic financing mix including equity contributions, sales revenues, and internal accruals. Beyond residential offerings, the Cascades Club promises an array of sports and leisure facilities including indoor futsal courts, pedal courts, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. Dining options will include a variety of culinary experiences ranging from multi-cuisine delights to specialty restaurants and sophisticated bars, ensuring a vibrant community lifestyle for its discerning residents.
