Mahindra Lifespaces Signs ₹2,050 Crore Deals in Mumbai & Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has finalized two significant deals in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹2050 crore.

In Mumbai, Mahindra Lifespaces has secured its third redevelopment project under the state’s cluster redevelopment policy. This project involves revitalizing seven residential societies in Borivali West, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1800 crore.

In Bengaluru, the company has acquired a strategic 2.37-acre land parcel in Singasandra, adjoining its existing Mahindra Zen project. This acquisition is anticipated to yield revenues of around ₹250 crore, with a development potential of approximately 2.5 lakh square feet.
