Omaxe Group has announced the launch of New Singapore, a new phase at World Street by Omaxe in Faridabad, by its wholly-owned subsidiary Omaxe World Street. With an investment of Rs 600 crore, New Singapore aims to enhance the international high-street experience by integrating premium retail, hospitality, and entertainment.
Since its inception in 2010, World Street by Omaxe has become North India’s largest mixed-use development, covering over 120 acres with 27 acres already operational. New Singapore, a RERA-registered commercial colony spread across 11.59 acres, will offer 1.5 million sq. ft. of retail space inspired by Singapore’s urban design. It will include grand plazas, walkways, landscaped spaces, and a 1,000+ car parking facility to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
A major highlight of New Singapore will be Clarkee, a RERA-registered commercial colony under mixed land use, spanning 1.9125 acres. Clarkee is designed to become Faridabad’s prime nightlife and social hub, hosting over 15 nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. This nightlife district aims to transform New Singapore into a 24/7 lifestyle destination catering to the city’s increasing demand for premium entertainment. Strategically located along a 60-mtrs.-wide arterial road, New Singapore enjoys excellent connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, FNG Expressway, and Jewar Airport.
