London-based NatWest Group is significantly enhancing its Indian operations with a massive 370,000 sq. ft. office in Bengaluru. This expansion, located at Bagmane Constellation Business Park, marks a substantial increase from their current 105,000 sq. ft. office. The new space, spread over 11 floors, aims to accommodate a hybrid workforce with a seating capacity of 3,000 and the potential to grow further, reflecting the company's commitment to innovation and technological advancement.
Currently, Bengaluru hosts about 2,000 NatWest employees. The new facility, set to open by the second quarter of FY25, will boost the company's local workforce and strengthen its position as a major player in the Indian market. This expansion follows the Group's recent pledge to hire 3,000 new software engineers in India by 2026, reinforcing its focus on leveraging local talent to drive global technology solutions.
The move underscores NatWest's strategic investment in creating a modern workspace that fosters productivity and enhances employee satisfaction. The new office will not only house more staff but also support a burgeoning talent and technology ecosystem in Bengaluru, showcasing the company's long-term vision for growth and innovation.
