Tribeca Developers is in advanced negotiations to bring Trump Towers to new cities in India, including Bengaluru, Chandigarh, and Ahmedabad. The company aims to launch these luxury properties in four cities—Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Hyderabad—by the second quarter of FY26. The total investment for these projects is estimated at around ₹1,750 crore.
As the exclusive licensee of Trump Organization-branded properties in India, Tribeca is targeting a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹3,500 crore from these ventures. The expansion reflects the growing demand for luxury real estate in key Indian cities and the enduring appeal of the Trump brand among high-net-worth individuals.
Tribeca has previously collaborated with other developers to bring Trump Towers to India, licensing the brand to the Lodha Group for a project in Mumbai's Worli area and to Panchshil Realty for a project in Pune. These projects have set the stage for further expansion, with Tribeca now poised to scale its portfolio across multiple cities.
Currently, two Trump Towers are nearing completion, with one in Gurugram ready for delivery and another in Kolkata expected to be ready by the end of the year. These projects underscore Tribeca's commitment to delivering high-end residential experiences under the prestigious Trump brand.
With its upcoming projects, Tribeca aims to solidify its position in the luxury real estate market, leveraging the global reputation of the Trump Organization to attract discerning buyers in India’s top cities.
