Verint Launches Global Innovation Center in Bengaluru

New York-based customer experience (CX) automation company Verint has established a new global innovation hub in Bengaluru to support its 10,000 global clients, of whom 80 are Fortune 100 brands.

The company is set to hire 1,000 AI, data science, cloud computing, and DeepTech professionals in India by 2026. The Bengaluru team would be working in partnership with Verint’s global team to build the Verint Open Platform to help more than 100 countries’ clients provide improved customer experiences using advanced CX automation.

The CX automation business is today valued at a total of USD 60 billion in the globe and is expanding at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of five to seven percent.
