Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a deal to manage a new property in Nashik, Maharashtra, under its brand. The Lemon Tree Hotel, Nashik, will be managed by Carnation Hotels, the management arm of Lemon Tree, and is expected to open its doors by FY26. This expansion adds to Lemon Tree's growing portfolio of mid-market hotels across India.
The upcoming hotel will feature 57 well-appointed rooms designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and spa. The property's strategic location, around 33 km from Nashik Airport and 28 km from Nashik Railway Station, makes it easily accessible by both public and private transport.
Nashik, renowned for its spiritual significance and historical landmarks, is a popular destination for travelers seeking a mix of religious and recreational experiences. Key attractions near the hotel include Panchavati, Ram Kund, and Sula Vineyards, offering a perfect blend of culture and leisure for visitors.
With the signing of this new property, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to strengthen its presence in key cities across India. The Nashik hotel will likely attract a mix of domestic tourists, business travelers, and international visitors due to its proximity to major attractions and transportation hubs.
