A B Infrabuild Wins ₹51.43 Crore East Coast Railway Tender

A B Infrabuild has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for the construction of a road over bridge (ROB) on the Howrah–Visakhapatnam (HWH–VSKP) main line under the Khurda Road Division of the East Coast Railway.

The project involves the construction of a superstructure comprising one 36.0-metre composite girder, two 24.0-metre composite girders and four 18.75-metre T-beam girders at km 655/25–27. The ROB will replace Level Crossing No. 353 between Mandasa and Baruva railway stations. The total contract value is ₹51.43 crore, with the work scheduled for completion within 24 months from the commencement date.

Once completed, the project will enhance road and rail connectivity, improve safety by eliminating the level crossing, and facilitate smoother railway operations in the region. The order also underscores A B Infrabuild’s capability in executing complex civil engineering projects, particularly bridge construction over active railway lines.
