The DBL-PSP Joint Venture has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder for a major infrastructure project awarded by the Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (KICDC). The project is part of the extension of the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) to Kochi via Coimbatore, and aims to boost industrial connectivity in Kerala.
The contract involves the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of infrastructure works at Pudussery Central and Kannambra, located within the Palakkad node of the corridor. The project will be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, at a total cost of ₹1,115.37 crore, with a targeted completion timeline of 42 months.
Once completed, the project is expected to strengthen Kerala’s industrial integration with key economic hubs in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, enhancing regional logistics, trade, and manufacturing efficiency.
This win reinforces DBL-PSP JV’s growing footprint in strategic infrastructure development, particularly in industrial corridor projects that are central to India’s broader mission of improving logistics competitiveness and driving economic growth.
