NBCC Secures Landmark ₹2,966 Cr Naveen Nagpur Mega-Project!

NBCC (India) has secured a ₹2,966.10 crore contract for the development of Naveen Nagpur under Phase-1, awarded by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA).

In its role as Project Management Consultant (PMC), NBCC will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This engagement leverages the company’s expertise in large-scale urban infrastructure and reinforces its commitment to driving urban transformation.

The Naveen Nagpur project will be developed using a plug-and-play model, featuring state-of-the-art infrastructure such as integrated underground utility tunnels, a district cooling system, and automated waste collection. The development will include commercial spaces for startups, MSMEs, and IT firms, along with office, residential, and mixed-use zones, all designed in line with town planning guidelines.
