RMC Switchgears has received letters of intent (LoIs) worth ₹200.86 crore from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited under the revamped, reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector scheme (RDSS).
The LoIs pertain to two projects involving the development of power distribution infrastructure for the segregation of 11 kV mixed-load feeders in the Dholpur and Jhalawar circles of Rajasthan. The works will be executed on a turnkey basis and are aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and operational performance of the power distribution network in these regions.
RMC Switchgears is required to commence work within 15 days of receiving the LoIs, with project completion to follow the stipulated timelines. The projects form part of a broader initiative to strengthen Rajasthan’s power distribution system and enhance service quality for consumers across the state.
