RailTel Scores Contract Win: Lands National Informatics Centre Project!

RailTel Corporation of India has secured a work order from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) valued at Rs 81.45 crore. The contract involves the supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and integration of ICT infrastructure for the Supreme Court of India's Data Centre. RailTel will also handle operation and maintenance in compliance with the service level agreement (SLA), with the project set for completion by August 31, 2024.

This latest contract follows RailTel's previous achievements, including a significant order in March from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The MCGM contract, worth Rs 351.95 crore, is for the commissioning and maintenance of a Health Management Information System (HMIS) for the Health Department of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

Additionally, RailTel received a work order from the State Project Director of the Bihar Education Project Council, valued at Rs 130 crore. The Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) continues to leverage its extensive optic fiber network, covering numerous urban and rural areas across India, to secure and execute high-value ICT projects.
