Big Win for JARPL: The ₹379Cr Hazaribagh Mining Deal

Jai Ambey Roadlines (JARPL), in consortium with AT, has secured a contract from Central Coalfields to provide handling services at the Tapin North Opencast Project (OCP) in the Hazaribagh area of Jharkhand.

Valued at ₹379.19 crore, the contract covers overburden (OB) removal, coal extraction, and the deployment of heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) for project operations. JARPL will also handle the transportation of coal from Patch IV to various destinations. The contract spans five years and is expected to enhance operational efficiency at the OCP, boosting coal production and transportation in the region and supporting the broader coal supply chain for Central Coalfields.

The award underscores JARPL’s expertise in large-scale mining and logistics operations, further strengthening its position in the mining services sector.
