Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured a significant ultra-mega contract from Adani Power to construct eight thermal power units of 800 MW each, adding 6,400 MW of new generation capacity.
The project will be executed by L&T Energy – CarbonLite Solutions (LTECLS), the company’s specialized business unit focused on advanced power and low-carbon technologies. The scope includes the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and commissioning of Boiler-Turbine-Generator (BTG) packages, along with auxiliaries and control & instrumentation systems.
