Chavda Infra Bags ₹150 Crore Arvind Aqua City Deal

Chavda Infra has been awarded a construction contract worth Rs 150 crore for the Arvind Aqua City residential project in Kalyangadh, Gujarat. The contract encompasses a range of construction activities including RCC work, masonry, plastering, and other related services. The project is slated for completion within 24 months from commencement.

Arvind Aqua City forms a part of a broader residential development initiative and is expected to further solidify Chavda Infra’s presence in the mid-scale urban housing segment.

Specialising in the design and execution of residential, commercial, and institutional infrastructure projects, Chavda Infra continues to expand its footprint across Gujarat. This latest win adds significant momentum to its real estate operations in the region.

With this contract, the company has secured orders totaling Rs 222.75 crore in the current financial year, bringing its total order book to Rs 1,452.93 crore.
