Ceigall India Limited, through its joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited (with a 74:26 shareholding), has emerged as the L1 bidder for four EPC road contracts awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on March 11, 2026.
The projects are part of the NH-913 Frontier Highway Corridor in Arunachal Pradesh, with a combined contract value of ₹2,149.62 crore, including the previously announced Huri–Taliha (km 0–55.725) section worth ₹521 crore. Each contract includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works along with a five-year maintenance period.
Project Details
Sarli–Huri (km 0–78.38, NH-913): Contract value of ₹611.10 crore, with a 36-month construction period followed by 5 years of maintenance.
Huri–Taliha (km 55.725–113.25, NH-913): Contract value of ₹525 crore, with a 48-month construction period and 5 years of maintenance.
Huri–Taliha (km 160.75–209.90, NH-913): Contract value of ₹492.52 crore, with a 36-month construction period followed by 5 years of maintenance.
These contracts form part of the Frontier Highway development program aimed at improving connectivity in Arunachal Pradesh. The projects carry no related-party interests and further strengthen the joint venture’s presence in strategic infrastructure development projects in India’s northeastern region.
