Solarium Energy has received two major work orders worth approximately ₹26.62 crore from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) for the development of rooftop solar projects across various sites in the Northeastern states, under the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The first order, valued at ₹12.98 crore, involves the installation of 3319 kW of rooftop solar capacity. It is part of NVVN’s national tender for the “Selection and Discovery of L1 Rates for Rate Contract for EPC of Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar PV Projects (51–200 kW) across India.”
The second order, worth ₹13.63 crore, covers the development of an additional 3443 kW of rooftop solar systems under the same initiative, targeting larger installations in the 201–1000 kW category.
These contracts underscore Solarium Energy’s growing presence in the renewable energy sector and its expanding role in supporting India’s solar mission and decarbonisation goals, particularly in underpenetrated regions like the Northeast.
