BHEL Secures Rs 10,000 Cr Thermal Project from Damodar Valley

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has won a substantial contract worth Rs 10,000 crore from the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC). 

This project involves the development of a 2x660 MW thermal power plant in Jharkhand. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of the plant. 

This project will play a significant role in enhancing the power infrastructure and meeting the energy demands in the region. BHEL's extensive experience and technological prowess were key factors in securing this contract, underscoring their leadership in the power sector.
