Arihant and Empee Hotels Partner for New Commercial Project in Chennai

Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd, a leading real estate developer in Chennai, has announced a strategic collaboration with Empee Hotels Ltd, the owners of Hilton Chennai, to develop a new Grade-A commercial space in the city. The project, spearheaded by Arihant’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Vilaya Properties LLP, is set to transform the commercial landscape of Chennai by offering a premium blend of office and hospitality services.

The commercial space, covering approximately 3 lakh square feet, is projected to have a gross development value of around ₹500 crores. This development will be located adjacent to the Hilton Chennai, leveraging the prime location to attract high-profile tenants and businesses. The project is designed to cater to the increasing demand for top-tier office spaces, particularly from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) that are rapidly expanding in Chennai.

Chennai has emerged as a leading destination for GCCs, thanks to its robust infrastructure, skilled workforce, and favorable government policies. The strategic location of this new commercial space in one of Chennai’s most sought-after corridors will further enhance the city’s appeal to global companies looking for premium office environments.
