Happy Home Group's Hotel Blends Tradition with Modern Comfort in Gujarat

Happy Home Group is currently developing "The Autograph Club," a luxury hotel and commercial complex situated at Vesu Abhva Main Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.

This upscale project, currently under construction, is designed to cater to diverse clienteles, offering 185 deluxe rooms and 20 suites equipped with modern amenities, multiple restaurants, bars, and indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities, including bowling alleys, swimming pools, gyms, and a mini-golf course. Additionally, the project will feature conference halls, banquet halls, and luxury retail outlets showcasing high-end brands.

Envisioned as a haven for tourists, business travelers, and local residents seeking opulence, The Autograph Club is a component of a larger mixed-use development plan by Happy Home Group. Expected to be completed and operational within an estimated timeframe (insert estimated completion date, if available), this endeavor is anticipated to significantly boost tourism in Surat, drawing high-spending visitors to the region.

As on January, 2024. The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 70% mark. The work on the project will be finished by March of 2024.
