Lemon Tree Blossoms in Shirdi: New Resort Planned for 2028

Lemon Tree Hotels has entered into a license agreement for the upcoming Lemon Tree Resort in Shirdi, Maharashtra, which will be operated by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.

Scheduled to open in FY 2028, the 50-room resort will offer a range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and more. This will add to the company's existing portfolio of 12 operational hotels in Maharashtra, with an additional six under development. Lemon Tree Hotels focuses on the development, ownership, management, and promotion of hotels, motels, and resorts under various brands such as Lemon Tree Hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, Red Fox Hotel, Aurika, and Keys.

Vilas Pawar, CEO of the managed & franchise business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed, "We are thrilled to enhance our presence in Maharashtra, one of India's key commercial and industrial regions."
