Lemon Tree Premier Takes Root in Ayodhya and Guwahati

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati — in collaboration with RJ Corp.

Under the Development Management and License Agreements, RJ Corp will develop the hotels with Lemon Tree providing technical expertise. Operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya will feature 300 rooms along with a restaurant, banquet halls, meeting spaces, and recreational amenities such as a spa and swimming pool. Strategically located near major spiritual landmarks, including the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the property aims to cater to the growing influx of pilgrims and tourists.

Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will offer 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments, complemented by dining, event, and leisure facilities. The hotel’s location provides convenient access to Guwahati’s key transportation hubs, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
