Purposeful Luxury: Meet India’s First Vignette Collection Hotel

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hanu Overseas to introduce its luxury brand, Vignette Collection, to India.

Scheduled to open in early 2026, the hotel will be located in Panchkula, within the fast-growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region. The Vignette Collection is renowned for delivering distinctive, high-end hospitality experiences in prime urban and resort destinations, while allowing properties to retain their individual character alongside IHG’s global luxury standards and distribution network.

The upcoming 145-room hotel will offer an extensive range of amenities, including four dining outlets, a spa, a fitness centre, and versatile meeting and event spaces designed to host conferences and weddings. As noted in the announcement, the Vignette Collection focuses on “purposeful luxury” and experiences that are authentically connected to their location. The Panchkula property is expected to cater to the region’s growing demand for premium leisure and business accommodations.
