Logicap Doubles Down on India Logistics

Logicap Management, backed by Singapore-based Rava Partners and Japan’s Mitsubishi Estate Co., has expanded its joint venture to invest in an additional 3.5 million sq. ft. of industrial and logistics infrastructure across India. This extension follows their initial collaboration launched in September and underscores growing investor confidence in India’s logistics and manufacturing sectors.

The new investment will focus on key industrial hubs including Sriperumbudur and Mapeddu in Chennai, catering primarily to manufacturing tenants. With this expansion, the joint venture’s total portfolio reaches 5.5 million sq. ft., including previously developed and fully leased assets in the Delhi-NCR region. These assets are managed through Logicap’s development arm, Pragati Warehousing.

The initiative aims to deliver institutional-grade, sustainable facilities in major logistics markets such as Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR. This strategic growth supports India’s ‘Make in India’ mission and reflects Logicap’s ambition to scale its pan-India portfolio to 13.5 million sq. ft.
