Rossell Techsys Gears Up for Growth with Major Expansion

Rossell Techsys has launched a strategic expansion initiative to support its growing order book and deliver strong revenue and profitability in FY26, following its best-ever Q1 performance in FY25–26.

As part of this expansion, the company is adding 15,000 sq. ft. of production space at its Bengaluru facility, backed by a ₹1.5 crore capital investment, with completion targeted for Q3/FY26. To accelerate execution, Rossell has also initiated second-shift operations and expanded its workforce from 680 to 950 employees.

"Over the past year, we’ve successfully converted pipeline momentum into executable orders and scaled our capacity accordingly," said Rishab Gupta, Managing Director, Rossell Techsys. "With expanded infrastructure, enhanced operations, and high-margin programmes, we foresee a significant boost in operating margins and the potential for multifold growth in profitability in FY26."

Recent milestones include qualification by a global OEM for key wire harness programmes and a new satellite programme order, further strengthening long-term revenue visibility through confirmed orders and new client relationships.

Additionally, Rossell has secured a fresh contract for satellite assemblies, with production ramp-up scheduled to begin in October 2025, following qualification completion by the end of Q2/FY26.
