Table Space Commits USD 100 Million for Major Office Space Expansion

Table Space, a leading managed workspace provider, has announced plans to invest USD 100 million (approximately ₹840 crore) to expand its office space portfolio. This move is part of the Bengaluru-based company's broader strategy to strengthen its presence in key urban centers across India.

Having raised USD 325 million in 2022 from Hill House Capital, Table Space is now in discussions to acquire an additional 1.2 million sq. ft. of office space in Pune from Panchshil Realty. This acquisition is aimed at boosting the company’s total operational assets, which currently stand at over 10.5 million sq. ft. nationwide.

Table Space is also planning to add five million sq. ft. of new office space. The firm’s prestigious client roster includes tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Shell, and it recently forged a partnership with McKesson Pharma.

For the Pune project, Table Space has entered into an equally-owned joint venture with Panchshil Group, contributing ₹800 crore in equity. The building, located in Kharadi, Pune, is expected to be completed by Q3 next year, further expanding the company’s footprint.

With over 60 centers in major cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, Table Space’s aggressive expansion underscores its commitment to meeting the growing demand for flexible and managed office spaces in India.
