Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Cherry Blossom, a premium plotted development in Malur, East Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹225 crore.
Spread across 20 acres and covering 4.51 lakh sq. ft., the project will offer 338 plots in 30x40 ft. and 30x50 ft. configurations. Developed through a joint venture, the project aligns with Brigade’s strategy of creating integrated communities in high-growth corridors.
Strategically located near the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (NE-7), and part of the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor, Malur is emerging as a strong investment destination. The site is just 1.5 km from major upcoming infrastructure projects and offers excellent connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Hoskote.
This launch follows Brigade’s earlier developments, including a ₹2,700 crore residential township on Whitefield–Hoskote Road and a ₹175 crore plotted project in East Bengaluru. The company currently has a residential development pipeline of 12.61 million sq. ft. across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
