Elan The Mark: A ₹1,000 Crore Leap into Future Living

Elan Group has appointed Leighton India, part of the CIMIC Group, for the construction of its premium project Elan The Mark in Sector 106 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, issuing a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at Rs 1,000 crore.

The project is a key component of Elan Group’s integrated township development spread across more than 50 acres. The township is planned as a next-generation luxury ecosystem, combining retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality offerings. Elan The Mark will encompass nearly 5.5 million sq ft of built-up area across current and future phases, with Leighton India responsible for comprehensive civil and structural works.

The development brings together a consortium of international design and engineering firms, including Benoy (London) for architecture, SWA (California) for landscape design, WET Design (California) for water features, Meinhardt Façade Technology (Singapore) for façade engineering, LERA and Thornton Tomasetti (New York) for structural and engineering design, Lerch Bates (USA) for vertical transportation, and RWDI (Canada) for wind, acoustics, and microclimate solutions. The construction will be executed by Leighton Asia, a globally recognised construction firm.

Commenting on the appointment, Brad Davey, Managing Director of Leighton Asia, said, “With over two decades of experience in India, Leighton Asia is committed to setting new benchmarks in quality, sustainability, and excellence across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.”
