The Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) has approved a resolution to pool 500 acres of land for the development of Infopark Phase III, an integrated AI-focused township in Kochi.
The land-pooling notification will be issued after the local body elections, with a dedicated officer appointed to manage the process. The notification will outline details of the land in Kunnathunadu taluk, including survey numbers and landowners’ information. GCDA has already opened a designated office for land pooling, and landowners will be able to submit grievances once the official notice is released.
Infopark Phase III, being jointly developed by GCDA and Infopark, aims to strengthen the region’s technology ecosystem and support the growth of AI-driven industries.
