Gera's Joy on the Treetops: ChildCentric® Living Comes to Hinjawadi's IT Hub.

Gera Developments (GDPL) has announced the expansion of its ChildCentric® Homes concept to West Pune’s IT hub, Hinjawadi, with the launch of ‘Gera’s Joy on the Treetops.’

The project was inaugurated with a Bhoomi Poojan ceremony attended by key leadership, including Chairman Kumar Gera, Managing Director Rohit Gera, and President - US Operations Nikhil Gera, alongside homebuyers and stakeholders.

Following the success of ChildCentric® Homes in East Pune (Kharadi), this expansion brings a thoughtfully designed, family-centric lifestyle to Hinjawadi. The project aims to nurture children’s holistic development while offering premium amenities, convenience, and security for parents. ‘Gera’s Joy on the Treetops’ marks GDPL’s fifth ChildCentric® Homes project in Pune and sixth overall, including one in Goa.

Spanning 10.7 acres, the development has a potential built-up area of 2.3 million sq. ft. and a gross development value of ₹1,700 crore. It will feature over 1,700 residences, including two- and three-bedroom duplex and single-level apartments. Standout amenities include an electric go-kart racing track, a half Olympic-sized swimming pool, a state-of-the-art bowling alley, a mini-theatre, squash courts, and a futsal court.
