Stonecraft Group's ₹300-Crore Yadadri Mega-Project

Stonecraft Group has announced a ₹300-crore investment to develop a 110-acre integrated township in Yadadri (Yadagiri Gutta), Telangana.

The township will include 90 acres of residential plots, projected to generate ₹500 crore in revenue. In addition, the company will develop a 20-acre senior living community comprising 333 independent homes, expected to bring in another ₹600 crore. “This 110-acre integrated development is designed to create spaces that celebrate India’s spiritual heritage while meeting the lifestyle aspirations of modern homebuyers,” said Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group.

With over 14.5 million sq. ft. of land already under development across multiple projects, the company is leveraging the rising demand for residential and lifestyle communities near major spiritual and pilgrimage destinations.
