Shape the Future of Healthcare: Bids Open for Bowring & Lady Curzon Hospital's New OPD & OT Block

The Health & Family Welfare Department of Karnataka is seeking bids for the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) Block in Bengaluru. The project encompasses the creation of a new OPD & Operating Theater (OT) Block spanning Basement, Ground, and two upper floors at Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital in Shivajinagar during Phase-I.

Phase-II will involve extending the construction to include the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors. Additionally, Phase-III will focus on the development of the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth floors over the new OPD Block.

This project, with an estimated cost of Rs 212.23 crore, is slated for completion within 24 months. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 21 January 2024.
