Embassy Group Creates Dream Homes for Bengaluru's IT Workforce

Embassy Group, a prominent real estate developer headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, has recently entered into a collaborative development agreement for 3.75 acres of land situated in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The objective behind this partnership is to embark on the creation of a high-end residential complex, aiming to meet the housing requirements of the burgeoning community of young professionals primarily from the IT and ITeS sectors within the region.

The proposed venture is set to encompass a saleable area spanning 5.4 lakh square feet, accommodating approximately 400 apartments across various configurations, including two-BHK, 2.5 BHK, and three-BHK units. Anticipated to commence operations by the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024, this project holds significant revenue prospects, estimated to reach approximately Rs. 550 crore.

Strategically located along the Whitefield Main Road in proximity to Hoodi Junction, the site offers convenient access to public transportation networks. Moreover, its connectivity to other parts of the city is bolstered by its adjacency to the east-west corridor of the Metro Purple Line.

Furthermore, Embassy Group is poised to introduce an inventory worth around Rs. 5,000 crore in the upcoming year, focusing on upscale and luxurious residential accommodations. Presently, the group boasts a portfolio featuring over Rs. 2,000 crore worth of projects that comply with occupancy certification requirements and are ready for immediate possession in the current year. This extensive portfolio encompasses a diverse range of offerings, including branded residences, luxury villas, integrated developments, senior living communities, among others, encompassing a total area of 45 million square feet across both ongoing and completed residential developments.
