Net Zero Clubhouses: Rustomjee's Green Leap in Kasara.

Rustomjee Group has unveiled two Net Zero Carbon Clubhouses at its inaugural plotted development, Rustomjee Belle Vue, located in Kasara near Igatpuri.

The project’s clubhouses and allied services have received the Carbon Net Zero Certification (Design) from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Set amid the scenic Sahyadri Hills, Belle Vue prioritises sustainability through eco-friendly design and renewable energy integration. Key features include low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and bio-STPs to reduce dependence on freshwater.

Treated wastewater is reused for landscape irrigation, while a Zero Waste to Landfill policy ensures efficient waste management. All community infrastructure—such as water pumps and security systems—will be powered entirely by solar energy to minimise carbon emissions. “Belle Vue reflects our long-term commitment to climate-conscious development,” the company said. Future phases aim to extend green certification to villas and additional amenities, offering residents a climate-resilient lifestyle immersed in nature.
